Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas by disposing of debris and managing equipment.
- Various property management projects such as trash removal and window washing.
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation are a must.
