Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

Active Iowa Property and Casualty Insurance License - or will before start date.

An outgoing personality that will attract new customers to the agency.

Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

Experience managing client accounts with attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Serve as the primary point of contact for our new and existing clients, ensuring they feel heard and well-supported. Attracting and growing new clients and review existing policies during renewal periods to ensure coverage remains appropriate for our clients' evolving lives.

Build COI's that will help grow your network and market to expand your customers and income.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that bring true peace of mind to our policyholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our agency management system.

Collaborate with the agency owner to streamline office workflows and improve the overall client experience.
