Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies within the shop area
- Support the setup and breakdown of tools, machinery, and workstations for various projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor to promote safety and efficiency
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or damages
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support team members with routine tasks such as cutting, assembling, or preparing materials as directed
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute ideas to improve workplace safety and productivity
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
