Position Overview
The Marketing Director will lead all brand, digital, and product‑marketing initiatives for GatorStep. This role is responsible for shaping the company’s marketing strategy, driving demand, strengthening brand identity, and supporting sales growth across marine and powersports channels. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytical thinking, has deep expertise in social media strategy, and understands how to leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, analytics, and customer engagement. This role will work closely alongside our talented in‑house design team to bring bold, high‑impact creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Manage digital presence including website, social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement
- Oversee content creation: product launches, videos, photography, case studies, and social content
- Utilize AI‑driven tools for content generation, audience insights, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
Product & Dealer Marketing
- Support product development with market research and competitive analysis
- Create marketing assets for dealers
- Develop promotional materials, catalogs, and sales enablement tools
Team & Vendor Management
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
- Strengthen relationships within the marine and powersports communities
- Represent GatorStep at industry events when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand strategy (manufacturing, marine, or powersports preferred)
- Proven expertise in social media management, content strategy, and platform‑specific best practices
- Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows (content creation, automation, analytics, or customer engagement)
- Proven ability to manage creative teams and external vendors
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus
