Position Summary
As a Barback / Expo you’ll keep the bar running smoothly and support the dining room by expediting food during service. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, works quickly and reliably, and enjoys teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies: liquor, beer, mixers, glassware, napkins, garnishes
- Keep bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout shifts
- Collect and wash glassware and barware; maintain proper glass rotation
- Assist bartenders with prep (cutting garnishes, ice management, line setup)
- Expo tickets during peak service: ensure orders are complete, plated correctly, and sent promptly
- Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house to expedite timely service
- Clear and buss tables as needed; assist with light cleaning and closing duties
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
Qualifications
- Prior barback, expo, or restaurant experience preferred but not required — we’ll train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Fast-paced, team-oriented work style with strong communication skills
- Must be 18
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
