ABOUT THE POSITION: The Warranty and Returns Specialist is tasked with inspecting and refurbishing used/returned products for resale within the brands in the Gathr camp segment. This role is vital to keeping our warehouse running efficiently. In addition, the team member may be asked to assist in some packing/shipping work as needed. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Team Lead.
HOURS:
20 hours per week
Flexible schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect, clean, refurbish and repackage returned products for resale
- Re-roll sleeping bags, sleeping pads & inflatable pillows
- Inflate returned sleeping pads and air mattresses to check for any leaks
- Inspect tents, backpacks & other products for any missing parts or damage
- Monitor defective products and record findings
- Assist shipping department with packing and shipping products as needed
- May be required to move packages throughout the day
- Additional tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- An invested interest in creating a positive experience for the end customer
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable person who is a team player
- Ability to work with others in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Some repetitive motions (ie. hand rolling sleeping pads)
- Forklift experience a plus, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
