At Gather, we believe great food starts with great people. We're looking for a Prep/Line Cook who's ready to take pride in their craft, work alongside a tight-knit team, and help bring our menu to life, one plate at a time.
What You'll Own

Line Cooking: Work the line during service and execute dishes with care, speed, and consistency. No cutting corners — just good food done well.
Quality & Standards: Keep an eye on the details. Proper portions, clean presentation, great flavor, and food that's made the way it should be.
Kitchen Organization: Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready. A good kitchen runs on good organization.
Teamwork: Work alongside the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service moving. No egos, no drama — just people helping each other succeed.

We work hard, help each other out, and keep the kitchen a good place to be.
