What You'll Own
Food Prep: Get ingredients prepped, organized, and ready to go so service runs smoothly. Consistency matters, and you take pride in getting the details right.
Line Cooking: Work the line during service and execute dishes with care, speed, and consistency. No cutting corners — just good food done well.
Quality & Standards: Keep an eye on the details. Proper portions, clean presentation, great flavor, and food that's made the way it should be.
Kitchen Organization: Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready. A good kitchen runs on good organization.
Teamwork: Work alongside the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service moving. No egos, no drama — just people helping each other succeed.
Learning & Growth: We're always looking to get better. Bring curiosity, ask questions, learn the menu, and keep building your skills.
