Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Production Support Manager to join our Team in Portsmouth, NH.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative, personnel, and operational processes to meet production goals and timelines for passport and secure document issuance.
Plan, direct, and coordinate daily production activities across passport processing functions, including intake, cashiering, imaging/scanning, data entry, quality control, printing, and distribution.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies governing passport and secure identity document processing.
Supervise staff performance, attendance, and conduct; document issues and recommend appropriate personnel actions in accordance with policy.
Develop, implement, and oversee training programs to ensure staff are properly trained in passport processing procedures and quality standards.
Monitor production reports and workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to passport production targets.
Oversee customer service and post-production support activities, including searches, reissues, rewrites, and issue resolution.
Provide operational recommendations to leadership regarding staffing, resources, and process improvements to support passport production goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing production or operational teams in a high-volume, regulated environment, preferably involving passport or secure identity document processing.
Working knowledge of passport issuance processes and familiarity with applicable statutes, rules, and regulations governing U.S. passport operations.
Experience interpreting and enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within a government or government-contracted setting.
Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff to meet production, quality, and security standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience reviewing production reports and using performance data to monitor workflow and achieve production goals.
