We are seeking a dynamic Transportation Supervisor to lead our transportation operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of transportation activities, ensuring efficient transportation of individuals with developmental disabilities while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize logistics workflows, and foster a team-oriented environment focused on excellence.
Duties
- Supervise daily transportation operations, including fleet management, routing, and scheduling .
- Lead a team of drivers through effective managerial communication, supervising performance, training staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee transportation planning while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of routing software.
- Ability to evaluate the efficiency of transportation routes.
