Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)? We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager/QIDP to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support individuals, guide staff, and ensure services meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee individualized services and supports for people with I/DD.
- Develop and monitor person-centered service plans.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Train, support, and supervise Direct Support Professionals and program staff.
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and community partners.
- Participate in on-call rotation, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
