We are seeking Full-Time yard spotters to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. Over-time paid for any hours worked over 40 per week. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
The position will start at $19.50 /hour with eligibility for raise following successful 90-day probation.

Responsibilities
- Move trailers, safely and efficiently, to support warehouse and distribution needs by placing and pulling trailers between dock doors
- Professionally interface with the customer, local management team, and on-site vendors in a professional manner
- Maintain a Safety-First attitude
- Maintain a valid Class A CDL license
- Be at least 23 years of age
- Have prior experience as a yard spotter, exhibiting the following:
- Good Safety Record
- Good physical condition; must be able to get in and out of trucks several times per day
- Good backing skills
- Ability to operate in extreme heat and cold, depending on elements
- Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Have 2 years recent, verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience or related
- Not have any DUI/DWI, Careless/Reckless driving citations, or revoked/suspended license in the past 5 years
- Not have more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
- Exhibit an on-site driving skills assessment test (current 3-Year MVR required to be supplied at interview)
- Pass a complete DOT physical, a pre-employment drug screen, and criminal background check
