We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who are passionate about Alaska and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Visitor Center Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for visitors seeking advice on local attractions, tours, wildlife viewing, dining, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist visitors with trip planning and recommendations
- Share knowledge about local attractions, events, and activities
- Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting visitor center
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Customer service or tourism experience (preferred)
- Willingness to learn about Alaska’s geography, culture, and safety
- Ability to work weekends and holidays during peak season
