Service Coordinator
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients in the behavioral health field
- Develop and maintain service plans for clients, ensuring that their needs are met
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support programs
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress and address any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working in the behavioral health field is preferred
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing budgets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
