What are the responsibilities and job description for the River Rapids Cook - Ste. Genevieve County YMCA position at GATEWAY REGION YMCA?

Cook and prepare all types of food items including preparation of snacks as well as meal items which are included on the River Rapids concessions menu.

Wash dishes, clean the concessions stand, or perform other duties when deemed necessary for unique daily situations.

Follows all prescribed health and hygiene codes as prescribed by the Missouri State Food handling requirements including proper personal protective equipment, uniforms, hairnets, etc.

Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklist by completion of each shift.

Work with speed and accuracy in order to complete orders in a high-volume situation.

Maintain an efficient and sanitary work environment in alignment with Missouri Department of Health guidelines.

Provide attractive snacks/meals that are consistent in quality, presentation and temperatures.

Read, follow and understand standardized processes and recipes.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
