River Rapids Cook - Ste. Genevieve County YMCA

• Cook and prepare all types of food items including preparation of snacks as well as meal items which are included on the River Rapids concessions menu.

• Wash dishes, clean the concessions stand, or perform other duties when deemed necessary for unique daily situations.

• Follows all prescribed health and hygiene codes as prescribed by the Missouri State Food handling requirements including proper personal protective equipment, uniforms, hairnets, etc.

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklist by completion of each shift.

• Work with speed and accuracy in order to complete orders in a high-volume situation.

• Maintain an efficient and sanitary work environment in alignment with Missouri Department of Health guidelines.

• Provide attractive snacks/meals that are consistent in quality, presentation and temperatures.

• Read, follow and understand standardized processes and recipes.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.
