What are the responsibilities and job description for the River Rapids Admissions Clerk - Ste. Genevieve County YMCA position at GATEWAY REGION YMCA?
- Accurately maintain records such as accounts, seasonal passes, daily admissions attendance log and prepare daily deposits and reports as needed.
- Answer phone and answer questions from public.
- Administers basic first aid as needed and fills out proper forms as required
- Ensures that all rules, regulations, and safety practices are properly enforced in a positive and professional manner
- Participates in continuing education and in-service training programs for all admission staff
- Maintains the appearance of the River Rapids Waterpark by cleaning all areas and maintaining all equipment as needed
- Project a positive and professional image and attitude with patrons and staff
- Will work all scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Completes all items on shift and weekly checklists with accuracy.
- Sells and promote the Water Park and YMCA to guests.
- Balancing the shift activity and entering daily shift information with 100% accuracy in Amilia, and balancing the cash drawers.
- Accurately completing all sales in Amilia, and understanding of the system.
- Assist with admissions office with inventory, paperwork, organization as needed.
- Provide quality guest service at all times.
- Provide all guests with accurate information concerning all programs and activities.
- Work with all staff members as a team player.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
