Your Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

• Supervise CNAs and support staff to maintain high standards of care

• Document resident progress and communicate with families and physicians

What You Bring to the Team:

• 
  Current RN license in Florida

• CPR Certification

• A heart for geriatric care and commitment to patient-centered service

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
