Gateway Medical Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Accounts Resolution Representative to help resolve outstanding insurance claims and ensure accurate reimbursement from insurance carriers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating issues, communicating with payers, and working through challenges to achieve positive outcomes.
Compensation
- Starting wage: $15.00 per hour
- Pay may be adjusted based on relevant experience, education, and qualifications

We provide extensive on-the-job training for individuals who are willing to learn. Prior medical billing or accounts resolution experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime business hours

Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with team members
- Experience with insurance follow-up, collections, customer service, or problem resolution is beneficial but not required
Position Responsibilities
- Research unpaid, denied, or delayed insurance claims
- Contact insurance companies to obtain claim status and resolve payment issues
- Document account activity accurately
- Review payer responses and determine appropriate next steps
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve claim resolution outcomes
