Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for our Jonesboro Road Senior Village apartment community located in Fairburn, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience. HVAC certification and working experience preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
