Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for Orchard View apartment community located in Scottsboro, AL. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. Requirements
Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience. HVAC certification and working experience preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
