- Industry-experienced — 5 years in trucking and logistics required, Recruitment experience a plus, but not required

- Professional Requirements
- GED required; college degree referred
- Full-time availability, 100% in-office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
- Learn the organization’s software, including:
- Company TMS system
- CRM platform
- Lead generation software
- Other industry-specific tools
- Build and manage CRM for cold calls and ongoing follow-ups
- Extend outreach and prospect via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Log top prospects in Excel and/or Prospecting tools, including pain points and projected close timelines
- Assist with the agent onboarding process
- Research competitor compensation and offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- This position will work directly with, VP of Agent Operations, to identify sales advantages and drive company growth
When: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Salary : $42,000 - $75,000
