- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Partner with Accounting and operational teams to improve financial visibility and business performance.
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI development.
- Support global financial initiatives, including consolidation, foreign exchange analysis, and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide meaningful insights.
- Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance leaders.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
