Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner to the CFO, providing financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. This individual will play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across the organization.
This is an on-site position based in Olive Branch, MS, offering daily interaction with senior leadership and exposure to high-level financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process
- Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial projections
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze monthly financial performance and prepare executive-level reporting packages
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial results
- Support cash flow forecasting and capital planning initiatives
- Assist with KPI development and dashboard reporting
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability
- Contribute to process improvements within reporting and planning functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
