We’re partnering with a growing organization in the Flowood area seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Controller, offering strong exposure to the full accounting cycle and a clear path for growth within the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the site
- Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Partner with operations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Support process improvements and help strengthen internal controls
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
