Our client, a rapidly growing leader in industrial manufacturing and infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support a network of U.S. manufacturing facilities.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant and operations leadership across multiple sites
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Plant Managers and HR teams
- Lead and support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Identify root causes of workforce challenges (turnover, hiring, morale) and implement solutions
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement across HR practices
- Coach and develop site-level HR teams
- Maintain strong visibility within plant operations (regular on-site presence required)
