What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Gateway Group Personnel?
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts in a designated US territory. This job is Temp to Hire. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, RFQ fulfilment, team coverage, invoicing , performing the order review process and providing instructions to the Supply Chain department to ensure the correct goods are specified and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Communications preferred
- Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce preferred
- Experience managing customer accounts, sales order processing, inventory management, shipping and invoicing
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, including working with Purchase Orders
- Change Order Management: review customer technical specifications, drawings, and applications to determine the appropriate product to be quoted (electrical/technical)
- Order Processing: collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to fulfill orders based on client specifications and deadlines.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
