Gateway Counseling Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to provide clinical oversight across multiple program sites serving both OPWDD and OMH populations.This role focuses on clinical strategy, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that services are effective, person-centered, and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical services and treatment approaches across all sites
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD and OMH regulations and audit readiness
- Supervise clinical leadership and support staff development
- Lead treatment planning, behavioral interventions, and IRC processes
- Review incidents and provide clinical guidance on follow-up actions
- Partner with operations leadership on service delivery and program needs
- Support admissions, discharges, and coordination with treatment teams, families, and transportation
Qualifications
- LCSW or PhD required
- 10 years of clinical experience, including supervisory leadership
- Experience with OPWDD and/or OMH programs required
- Strong background in behavioral planning, audits, and compliance

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
