We’re currently partnering with a dynamic and expanding company based in Fort Lauderdale to hire a Senior Accountant who is passionate about finance, fluent in English and Spanish, and ready to contribute to high-impact operations across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership and help shape the financial strategy of a company with cross-border operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Manage general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and journal entries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting
Assist with system integrations and the implementation of financial best practices
Maintain open communication with regional teams, including occasional travel to LATAM or other operational sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
(verbal and written communication)
- 5 years of progressive
accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity
environment
- Solid knowledge of GAAP,
financial reporting, and the full accounting cycle
- Strong Excel skills and
experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Willingness to travel
occasionally for team collaboration or site visits
