Duties

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking efforts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce.
  • Develop strategic plans for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing account support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management; familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, negotiation, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs analysis is advantageous.
