A Day in the Life
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences by:
- Deliver friendly, professional experience to every customer
- Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and chat leads providing clear and accurate information
- Maintain CRM, consistently following up with unsold leads and all customer communications
- Schedule, log, and confirm showroom appointments for front line sales
- Staying current on inventory, incentives, and financing programs
- Following up with customers to build long-term loyalty
