What to Expect
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Versailles location, you will be a Continuous Improvement Intern
- You will play a hands-on role in supporting our facilities journey towards operational excellence.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will learn and apply real-world Lean and Six Sigma principles, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside experienced operations and CI professionals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
- Participate in facility walkthroughs, process observations, and data-gathering efforts.
- Support basic application of tools such as 5S, standard work, value-stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
- Help prepare documentation, visual aids, and training materials related to CI initiatives.
- Collect and analyze operational data to support project recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
- Currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Internship – May – August 2026
- $20.37 per hour
