SEASONAL MARKETING OFFICE SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

GATE Petroleum is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Office Specialist to join our team and assist with space allocation management using JDA Space Planning as a tool. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Merchandising and Category Management team to optimize product placement and presentation across our stores. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with space allocation management across GATE Petroleum stores using JDA Space Planning to optimize product placement and presentation
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising plans and initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Merchandising as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Passion for retail and merchandising
