Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: shifts between 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM.
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM.
Pay: $20.25-$21.25 per hour
Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Williston Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You'll Make an Impact:
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
- Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
- Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Compensation & Perks:
- Pay Range: $20.25-$21.25
- Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
- Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 40 per week scheduled for the hours of 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-1:15 PM on Saturdays!
