- 6:15 PM. Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM
- 12:15 PM (two on, one off). Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Waite Park Cashwise Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You'll Make an Impact: Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience. Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs. Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations. Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others. Compensation & Perks: Pay Range: $18.25-$19.25 Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked! Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 20-29 per week scheduled for the hours of 12:00 PM
