What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Gatco Treatment Systems?
Seeking full-time Concrete Labor Production candidates for immediate hire in New Braunfels, TX. Texas local owned and operated.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or until job is finished, Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday.
Concrete precast plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of production duties including but not limited to setting up forms, removing excess concrete and cleaning forms in a safe and productive manner. This will be the production of concrete tanks and precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards. This position is not an assembly-line style manufacturing.
- Constructs precast forms/molds daily
- Places concrete into the forms; consolidates concrete in accordance with the mix design.
- Finishes concrete with various floats and other concrete tools.
- Assembly and tying of rebar cages and mesh cages.
- Follows all company standard operational procedures, quality policies, company and safety policies.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- The ability to stand/bend/stretch/reach/kneel/crawl, etc.
- The ability to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time throughout work shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
