We are an emerging brand in the entertainment space, always pushing boundaries and evolving with our audience. Fresh perspectives are at the core of our growth, and we’re seeking a driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow several Xiaohongshu (Redbook) accounts. This role is hybrid/remote, with in-store visits required.
Role Overview
This position focuses on building engaging digital content, expanding brand awareness, and driving foot traffic through strategic social media execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly virtual strategy sessions with the marketing team
- Develop creative content plans and social media concepts on a weekly basis
- Manage and publish posts across multiple Redbook accounts
- Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with influencers for campaigns and promotions
- Visit the physical store 1–2 times per week to capture short-form videos and promotional content tied to events and specials
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal platform
- Strong understanding of social trends and content performance
- Able to commit 18–24 hours per week
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Fluent in written Mandarin
