What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse, Endoscopy position at Gastroenterology Associates?
Provides direct patient care to adult through geriatric patient populations. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care of patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. Communicates with gastroenterologist as needed about patient condition. Assists with procedures. Assists with maintaining equipment and inventory. Participates in performance improvement activities. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and endoscopy center policies, procedures and standards.
