What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROJECT MANAGER position at Gastro Care Partners?
The project manager (PM) works in collaboration with all Gastro Care Partners team members, affiliate practices and external project vendors. They are responsible for facilitating and managing all aspects of a project through each phase of the process (Feasibility, design, develop and deploy). They will support the development and execution of business priorities that improve the delivery of patient care and drive organizational growth and are a key driver of communication to organizational leaders. The PM is an integral part of the team and is essential to meeting company goals and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluates key project initiatives and their feasibility
- Creates, maintains, and executes project plan and timeline
- Builds project teams and works closely with them, reviewing action plans, providing direction on actionable timelines, and tracking project milestones.
- Organizes and manages all phases of the project lifecycle to achieve schedule and performance objectives, while maintaining the scope of the project.
- Maintains accurate documentation of project initiatives and reports to senior leadership on progress, roadblocks and course corrections.
- Ensures timely and consistent communication regarding project priorities, status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serves as escalation contact for critical issues and initiatives
- Maintains professionalism with all internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluates key business metrics and performance
- Creates measurable data points to identify project successes or areas of concern.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in project management; healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS products and project management systems, required
- PM certification preferred
Salary : $63,000 - $84,000
