We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Coordinator who plays a key role in supporting the Practice Administrator and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of patient services. This position provides day-to-day oversight of front office and clinical support teams, helping ensure high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and strong operational performance.
The Clinic Coordinator supports administrative and personnel functions including staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management, while also assisting with special projects and practice growth initiatives. This role works closely with leadership to maintain operational excellence, enhance patient access, and support providers through effective scheduling and clinic coordination.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: On-site, Mesa, AZ
Compensation & Benefits: $60,000–$73,000 annually plus full benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise MA and front office teams (patient access and procedure scheduling)
- Coordinate provider schedules and external facility communication
- Assist with SOP development and operational workflows
- Manage office and medical supply ordering
- Support efficient, patient-centered daily operations
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a free-standing medical practice environment preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Salary : $60,000 - $73,000
