We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Charge RN to join our team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care while supporting daily clinical operations. This is an opportunity for a strong nurse who enjoys both hands-on patient care and guiding a team in a fast-paced procedural setting.
About the Role
The Lead RN provides direct patient care throughout the pre- and post-operative process while also supporting the coordination and oversight of nursing staff. This role partners closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient workflows, strong team collaboration, and an excellent patient experience.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts
- Primarily daytime hours
- No nights required
- Occasional weekend coverage as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patient vitals, assess conditions, and provide clear discharge instructions
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including respiratory or cardiac events
- Support and guide RN staff in daily clinical activities and workflow coordination
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care
- Partner with leadership to maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Help identify opportunities to improve patient care, safety, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to a positive work environment that supports both staff and patient satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding, development, and retention of nursing staff
- Track and maintain RN licensure and certification compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Previous nursing experience required; leadership or charge experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond in high-acuity situations
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to balance patient care responsibilities with leadership duties

Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GI lab, surgery center, or critical care setting strongly preferred
- Pre-Op and/or PACU experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and electronic health record systems (e.g., EPIC)
- Knowledge of GCP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA
Salary : $37 - $45
