Caffeine & Cookies is looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-loving Barista & Customer Service Team Member to join our growing team!
We are more than a coffee truck. We want every customer who walks up to our window to leave with a great drink, a delicious treat, and maybe even a bigger smile than when they arrived.

What You'll Do
As a Barista & Customer Service Team Member, you'll help create the Caffeine & Cookies experience from start to finish.
- Prepare espresso drinks, lattes, cold brews, frappes, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders and accurately operate the POS system
- Learn our menu and confidently answer customer questions
- Serve and package our bakery-style cookies and desserts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee truck
- Restock supplies throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and health-department standards
- Help load, unload, set up, and break down for events when needed
- Work efficiently during busy events while maintaining excellent customer service
- Communicate and work well with other team members
- Represent Caffeine & Cookies professionally at corporate events, schools, community events, private celebrations, and other locations

- Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
- Is willing to learn our recipes and preparation standards
- Can stand for extended periods and perform the normal lifting, reaching, bending, and movement required in food-service work
- Has reliable transportation to and from our kitchen/truck location and scheduled events
Previous barista, restaurant, food truck, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Position Details
Position: Barista & Customer Service Team Member
Business: Caffeine & Cookies Coffee Truck / Gaston Street Eats Co.
Location: Kennesaw & Metro Atlanta events
Schedule: Part-time & Full-time schedule varies based on events and catering needs
Availability: Some early mornings, weekdays, evenings, and weekends may be required
Experience: Barista/customer-service experience preferred but not required
