Qualifications:
- PT: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an approved program, current Texas State License, valid Texas Driver's License
- PTA: Texas state license as a PTA, valid Texas Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health or practicing as a PT/PTA
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of safety protocols
Job Responsibilities:
Provide home health services to help patients regain daily living functions post-injury or illness. Collaborate with other disciplines (OT, speech therapy) to ensure coordinated care.
