Qualifications:
- OT: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, current Texas State License, valid Texas Driver's License
- COTA: Texas state license as a COTA, valid Texas Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health or practicing as an OT/COTA
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of industry standards
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to home-bound patients to improve independence in daily activities. Collaborate with PTs, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
