Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven Key Account Sales Representative to manage and grow business within an established Capital Region territory. This role focuses on maintaining strong existing chain relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key chain accounts
- Execute sales strategies to drive volume and distribution
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Ensure proper merchandising and brand representation in accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong interest in the beverage industry
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability (or strong desire) to meet and exceed sales goals
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 Uncapped Commission
