Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels including in person recruitment events, job boards, campus recruitment events, and internal recruiting platforms.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes such as interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employment & labor law compliance to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, external recruiting agencies, and potential candidates to facilitate talent acquisition efforts.
- Travel frequently to different locations to attend job fairs, conduct on-site interviews, and participate in community outreach initiatives.
- Engage in training & development activities related to recruiting best practices, HR systems updates, and succession planning strategies.
Experience
- Customer Service is a must!
- Must know how to build relationships
- Multi-tasking is a requirement - Recruiters manage multiple jobs and answer several calls a day
- Must dress presentable/business casual
- Public Speaking required - should be able to sound motivating in conversations and encourage candidates

Requirements of the Job

- Pennsylvania Recruiter - you will be traveling 90% of the time
- Good driving record
