Receptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone and direct calls in a friendly manner
- Greet customers and vendors in a friendly manner
- Light administrative duty and computer work
- Keep track of and assign dealer tags to sales team
- Assist with covering service cashier for breaks
- Other duties as assigned
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based programs
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly customer service skills
- Present a professional appearance
- Excellent attendance a must
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a busy and fast-paced office environment
Receptionist Schedule Requirements:
Monday - Friday 1:30 pm - 7:00P PM
Receptionist Education and Experience:
- At least 6 months of Receptionist experience preferred
- At least 1 year of computer literacy experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 10 lbs (mail, packages). The employee must be able to see color and at close and far distances.
