- Lead, train, and inspire a high-energy team
- Keep operations flowing smoothly across car wash, dog wash, and detail services
- Maintain top-notch customer serviceāevery customer, every time
- Monitor equipment and keep our facility clean & safe
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Step up as manager when needed
