DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling and follow-up.
Complete extensive training regarding the product line
Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
Complete quote, return, email/voicemail. Other administrative functions to include processing transaction paperwork
Support online customers through our eSales office
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Weekly training meetings/sales meetings
100% turnover to manager
Snow removal.
Follow 10 steps for road to sale
Schedule first service visit introduction to service and parts department explain drive lane
Prospecting-15 calls per day to previous customers and prospects
Maintain 100% manufacturer certification
Quality deliveries
Maintain clean work environment
Follow dress code
Maintain a minimum CSI score of at least 980
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive sales is a huge plus.
Automotive sales experience is preferred
Any sales experience will be considered with steady work history
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person)
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Professional appearance
Knowledge of ADP CRM is a plus
