Job Description

Gary Crossley Ford is seeking a Parts Counterperson to join our team. This position plays a key role in assisting technicians and customers by providing accurate parts information and ensuring efficient parts department operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with service technicians to identify and supply correct parts
• Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and inventory systems
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking as needed
• Ensure timely and professional service at the parts counter

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience required
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts lookup processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership systems preferred
