What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Clerk position at Garvey Kia?
The Garvey Automotive Group is hiring a full-time Automotive Title Clerk at our all new Garvey Kia location with some time spent next door at Garvey Volkswagen. We are looking for candidates with previous Automotive Title Clerk experience for this position, but are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Description:
At Garvey Kia our Title Clerks assist with support functions that help the rest of the dealership operate smoothly. They answer our telephones, bill out deals, complete DMV paperwork, cashier our customers, file, order office supplies, handle mail, and follow up on customer deal paperwork. Our Title Clerks also help out with AP, AR, and general accounting work. We rely on them to present a friendly disposition to our customers both in person and on the phone.
A well-qualified candidate will:
- Have previous automotive office experience
- Be heavily detail oriented
- Be an avid multi-tasker
- Be customer service oriented
- Be well spoken
- Be proficient operating a Windows based PC and have experience with Microsoft Office
- Be willing to work Saturday
- Have previous title clerk experience
An extremely well qualified candidate will:
- Possess a notary license
- Be proficient operating a Mac based PC
- Be familiar with the Automate or Tekion DMS

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
